Plants growing in the border at the entrance has been hard hit during the night by a terrible storm speeding cross the sky with lightning, thunder and overthrowing rain. The flowers are disheveled and full of raindrops. But now the sun has come back with delicious summer heat.
The double hollyhocks have flowers throughout the late summer, but still very low, just about 30 cm. I thought it would be more than one meter full grown!
